ProPeer provides clients with free “pre-screen” for Audits & Corrections. Just fax the UB-92 and the Itemized Bill.
Bills are audited for:
- Unbundled charges
- Duplicate Charges
- Charges unrelated to diagnosis/treatments
- Overcharges
All Audits & Corrections are signed-off by the facility, eliminating any “balance billing” to the patient/insured or any future retrospective "Recovery" charges.
